Metro Band

I have met some of the BEST ppl I know while I was living in Beijing. I met a group of ppl that I love dearly. They are called Metro Band. They currently work for a company, El Live Productions. The company has multiple bands that travel all over Asia playing at different hotels. Metro Band happened to be in Beijing at the time. I was first introduced to them at XIU nightclub which was at the Hyatt in Beijing. They played a mixture of songs from pop to some great old school jams.

There I met Paul, Gordon, Marie, Alex, Eric, Jack and Alysha. They were a very diverse band with Paul and Eric both being Americans. Gordon and Marie are both from Montreal, Alex is from Venezuela, Jack is from England, and Alysha is Australian. I feel in love most of them HAHA. Marie has a voice that would make you get out of you seat and Eric was definitely made to perform. Gordon is the oldest young man I have ever met, he has a good spirit. Alex is one of the nicest guys I had ever met. Jack was a Brit and I love the British. Some of my fondest memories in Beijing were when I spent time with them.

 Valentines Day 2013 @ XIU

The bands last day playing at XIU in Beijing

I visited the band when they moved to Bangkok, Thailand. They had two new members by the names of Wyn and Jordan. I love my fellow ATlien Wyn and Jordan is funny a dude. These fellas replaced Alex and Eric who I definitely missed. They were the same Metro Band but just a little different.

Alysha and Jack left the group after Bangkok, so they then came Guilio and TK. Guilio is a very cute Californian guy and TK became my other ATL boo along with Wyn. HAHA I also visited the band in KL, Malaysia and I fell in love with them all over again. TK, Marie, and Wyn together was like "MAGIC".

Me and my loves in Malaysia

I can say I am definitely a fan of this band. I found my new BFF/twin in this band. Paul and I have so much in common. Metro Band is currently in Abu Dhabi, UAE at the Hilton so check them out. I plan on flying out there to visit them in the spring. I can't wait to see them again although I am a little sad Wyn is with another band but I am sure they will continue to do well.

I'm so excited about the future that I CAN'T SLEEP :-)

I hate how my face look at the beginning of these videos...haha

KL, Malaysia November 2013

I was in KL for a total of 6 days. My favorite band was living there at the time. I stayed with them at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur. It was really nice and I assume very expensive. I have not visited them in two other countries (Thailand and Malaysia) other than China which is where we first met. They have just arrived in the UAE, Abu Dhabi to be exact. I will be visiting them this coming April. Whenever I am with the band, I never do anything touristy. They have a crazy schedule so I sleep all day and party all night. I actually visited a couple of tourist place in KL by accident.
The hotel was around the corner from Little India

I went to the mall next to the Petronas Towers (I didn't take this picture..lol)
OMG this food was soooooo GOOD. The restaurant is called Palita.

Me and my twin...He loves me! lol

The BEST BAND EVER...METRO BAND!!!!

The view from the hotel.....

The are really advertising to help increase tourism in Malaysia. KL was really nice and has a culturally diverse atmosphere. I met a American from Alabama that lived in Malaysia for a while and couple from Australia who were heading to Pantai Cenang Beach. They stated it was one of the most beautiful beaches in Malaysia and they went there often. I would recommend visiting KL and plan to visit again one day in the future.

Bali Part 2

During my stay in Bali I signed up for a tour. I used Bali Adventure Tours... I went cycling up the mountain, toured a safari elephant park, and rode an elephant. It was an AMAZING experience. I met a group of Australians during the cycling ride and they were really cool. They loved my accent and we spent the entire tour together.

I had never seen a volcano until then!!!!
